After using the drug, person shouldn’t do activities that require them to stay mentally and physically alert such as driving or operating heavy machinery. The drug causes drowsiness and doing these activities after taking the drug can be a cause for accidents. Even elderly patients should refrain from doing any activities after taking these drugs since the chances of falling hurt or having an accident is quite high.
