Panic attack symptoms can be ill-defined as to whether or not they are caused by panic. The list of symptoms is long , however, this article will explain some more about common panic attack symptoms. If you have symptoms that happen when you feel anxious or have panic attacks then this is caused by anxiety, not an unknown condition. This article will help you to the path of awareness that will take you to your full and permanent recovery because panic attacks can be frightening.
First of all, the word ’symptom’ is used by doctors to explain the effects of illness. Anxiety is not an illness, it is a behavioral condition. Nevertheless, anxiety does generate some pretty frightening feelings.
True fear is present when there is something to be frightened of. When there is nothing to be frightened of and you have panic attack symptoms then you are having inappropriate anxiety, the sensations of fear but not true fear.
You can create doubt in your thoughts with any strange or anxious thoughts you experience. When real fear is present thoughts intended to make you create reasonable decisions leave quickly. When there is no real fear present, the thoughts work on presenting you with negative ideas such as ‘worst case scenarios’ and some can be very odd and upsetting. These thoughts can be aggressive in nature or can be sexual feelings. These would be thoughts about things you know you would never do. This would be troubling but harmless and a true common panic attack symptom.
The following is a list of the most common panic attack symptoms. When you experience four or less of these panic attack symptoms it is said to be a limited symptom attack.
* Rapid heartbeat, pounding heart or palpitations * Sweating * Smothering or shortness of breath sensations * Chest pain or discomfort * Shaking visibly or inside * Choking sensations or lump in throat * Feeling light-headed * Nausea, bloating, indigestion or abdominal discomfort
There are many more to list as panic attack symptoms that vary from patient to patient.
